Fenphedra is a fat burner that is marketed towards those who have more than 15 pounds to lose but is extremely popular among bodybuilders who want to lose weight fast prior to competition. After researching the ingredients in Fenphedra, I don’t see why it couldn’t be used by anyone who is in need of losing weight in a safe and effective manner.
